We work together on the layout, determine fields that are necessary and the ones that can be defaulted. Once we have the template built and the associated definition file we train the team on importing into Abila MIP. -

Vendor Cleanup – This process is perfect for an organization that has been using Abila MIP Fund Accounting for several years and needs to streamline the number of Vendors that appear in the drop-down list when making entries. During this process, McGovern Consulting Group works with the organization to define the criteria for which Vendors should be kept with a status of Active in Abila MIP Fund Accounting. We begin by exporting out the entire Vendor report with the ID, Status, and Name. We then export the Check Register for a given period determined by your organization to show who we have done business with and should be kept active. -
